We do our best to respond within 1-2 business days. During big release weekends or major events, response times may be a little slower because we’re probably helping players, running events, or digging through boxes of cardboard treasure.

To help us answer quickly, please include:

  • The name of the event
  • The date and time you’re asking about
  • Your name or Discord username
  • Any registration code or app question, if applicable

This is especially helpful for Magic, One Piece, Gundam, Riftbound, Pokémon, D&D, BattleTech, Warhammer, and other organized play events.

Looking for a specific product, custom item, special order, or something a little weird and wonderful? Send us the details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Please include the item name, game system, quantity, deadline if you have one, and any other useful details. Availability depends on distributor stock, release schedules, and current store workload.
